Meanwhile over in the Valley, seems celebs are taking a paparazzi timeout at a couple of new hangs: Chapter 8 and P6 — both in Agoura Hills. The Vegas-style hotspots are owned by twin Valley boys Brad and Greg Finefrock, and among their clientele are Hulk Hogan, John Cusack, Jeremy Piven, Wilmer Valderrama, Wayne Gretzky and the Rock, who got cozy in one of Chapter 8's private cabanas. Kiss or Kill, but don't kiss, tell

In February, music scenesters Cooper Gillespie and John Arakaki are bringing their all-ages, live music promotion, Kiss or Kill, from the Echo to the new Hollywood nightclub Safari Sam's three Fridays a month. Kiss or Kill also holds forth at the Key Club on the first Friday of the month, starting Feb. 3. The promotion always offers cheap covers, not to mention an MC armed with a tequila squirt gun. Blammy.
