A pair of queens hold new courts

Score one for the ladies. Clubland's Shereen Arazm (Geisha House/Concorde/El Centro) is premiering her latest confection, Shag, tonight at the former Concorde in Hollywood. "It's not campy like Austin Powers," says Arazm, who took her design cues from the '20s and '30s. "It's more like a madame's boudoir." Oui oui. Lots planned: Shag makes its debut tonight with a Vanity Fair party hosted by Ludacris. Pantera Sarah begins her new weekly affair, "Hotel Californicate," on Monday. And in two weeks, look for a "Desperate Housewives" wrap party.... In more girlie news: Bricktops doorgal Selene Luna hosts the burlesque show Boudoir du Bur Lez on Thursdays at the Palms.... And we hear the folks behind the Parlour Club are opening a new spot on Fairfax this summer.... Connie's back in Hollywood. Legendary Hollywood hostess Constance (Bar Marmont/Tropicana) is now doing glam duty at the Voodoo Room, a new WeHo spot.

A benefit Betty Blowtorch style

A rock 'n' roll circus is coming to town on Saturday at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, as fans pay tribute to Betty Blowtorch rocker Bianca Halstead, whose ashes are buried there (in her KISS lunchbox) near Dee Dee and Johnny Ramone. The event celebrates the release on DVD of a newly expanded "Betty Blowtorch and Her Amazing True Life Adventures" (due Tuesday), the documentary on the female rockers. The movie will be screened; fire-breathers, stilt-walkers and other circus acts will entertain; and the festivities ($10 donation) benefit the musicians' aid group the MusicCares MAP Fund.... K-Fed makes his debut Friday at Pure nightclub in Vegas. Wayne Newton's on the list.... Among those who've checked out actor Dennis Hopper's photos at Ace Gallery in Beverly Hills are Benjamin Bratt, Viggo Mortensen, Joe Pesci, Jackie Collins, Daryl Hannah and Anjelica Huston, who was also seen lunching at the Georgian Hotel in Santa Monica last week.

Seen on the scene

Funnygal Vicky Lawrence happened by at the Peninsula Hotel.... Crooner Sean Paul sported a stylish cane at Asia de Cuba.... And we hear tweens have taken over the Polo Lounge, oh my.... Max Kuehn, the 14-year-old drummer for the Diffs, dislocated his elbow skateboarding, so Germs' drummer Don Bolles sat in for him at the Grn Apple Clothing bash on Friday at Mr. T's Bowl in Highland Park. In more Mr. T's news, a bunch of old-school punks is throwing down there this Saturday at the monthly Blue Mask bash.... Arthur Lee from the band Love is ailing, and Spaceland's Mitchell Frank and friends are whipping up a mondo fundraiser. Those who want to collaborate should contact Frank.
