Doctor Octopus / Dr. Otto Octavius
Otto Octavius is just trying to benefit mankind by creating a miniature nuclear fusion sun he manipulates with four robotic tentacles. But when he turns to crime, after running out of money trying to buy parts for a new nulear fusion device, he has to tangle with Spider-Man.
