Foodies beware not a place for you. Good food, good beer, great service. Triumph dealership down the road. Grew up eating here with my English Grandmother and English born Father. I first went to Jay's in 1967 when it was the perfect example of cool
When I met Jay he messed with me about my name being the same as his friend the actor. when I was in town II always made it a point to visit him and commiserate about life and times. He was always the affable host and story teller and we loved solving the worlds problems.
He was truly one of the most unforgettable characters I ever met and I prized him as an occasional compatriot.

AWFUL

Food at this restaurant should be considered 5 stars. I found a menu deep with choices, my glass was never left empty, our party was not sober and I am a little hung over writing this, but let me tell you, you are treated like family, our server Vika was perhaps the most beautiful woman I have ever seen, she wore a smile the whole time, my plate was never allowed to be cleared as the food kept coming all night!
