If you live within 30 miles of El Monte you should go to Tito's for food. It is incredible! They can even make sandwiches that will feed like 80 people! Their empanadas are to die for! Whenever I go I buy a submarine sandwich with chile and a couple empanadas, try it you'll be hooked! They've been serving food there for probably 40 years now and while the store has gotten bigger the food and service has remained the same - excellent! Two thumbs up! ;-)

I ,like many grew up going to titos. Of course first, church then swat meet then the best part of the sunday Titos!.around the corner from the swat meet. This was back in the late 70's. Now that I Iive too far I can't go as much as I would Like to.But if I'm any where in a 10 mile radius it's on. nothing compares to a milanesa con chile from titos #1.

I have been going to Tito's since I could remember back when I was a small child. My father learned of Tito's back in 1976 then it was a small little sandwich shop. To this day, my mouth waters just hearing the name "Titos". Their party subs are great for any occasion. Every day there are huge lines, so avoid going around lunch time. One other thing, they are open til 3pm on Sundays and close on Mondays. Enjoy!
