Gregory Itzin, Jenny O'Hara and William Mapother head the cast in the West Coast premiere of Julie Marie Myatt's unflinching look at the world of sex-trafficking in Southeast Asia through the eyes of Western aid workers.

Performances are recorded for public radio broadcast as part of "The Play's the Thing" series, which airs every Saturday night on KPCC-FM (89.3) from 10 p.m. to midnight, and is streamed live at kpcc.org for one week following each broadcast.

"Boats on a River"is another well-acted, and directed radio play presented by LA Theater Works. The subject explored is both poignant and tragic and the treatment gives insight into a hopeless situation. We can always count on this company for a thoroughly professional evening of theatre.
