Inspired by the actual restoration of Michelangelo's David in 2004, playwright-actress Claudia Shear wrote and now stars in this portrait of an art restorer who spends a year in Florence torn between her obsession with the marble masterpiece and the opportunities real life has to offer. Christopher Ashley directs the premiere. The production contains adult language and content.
