The historic Wadsworth Theatre is centered on a 27-acre parcel of land that fronts Wilshire and San Vicente boulevards on the grounds of the West Los Angeles Department of Veterans Affairs complex. Built in 1939 in the Spanish Colonial Revival architectural style, the building underwent a renovation in 2002 that included the restoration of its original Art Deco interior. The Wadsworth, which has played host to Broadway shows, concerts, movie premieres, screenings, dance productions and more, is operated by Richmark Entertainment.
