A fantastic space! I loved the art deco interior and the intimacy of the theater. A live band backed some truly excellent voices, especially the voice of the plant. The actors portraying Seymour and Audrey were both good and had very pleasant voices. Audrey was hot! How did a fashion model end up on skid row? The actor playing Orin chose to overplay all his characters, which became annoying. On the other hand, the actor portraying Mushnik was a hoot! He was clearly the most experienced actor in the bunch. The three urchins were cute and sounded great together. The set and puppets were more than I anticipated. Truly, the plant was what you might see in a professional production. And, whoever was manipulating the plant did a fantastic job. I've already told friends about this show.

WoW !, I really Enjoyed this production. My Wife and I have seen this show many times over the years but this is the first time I have seen this interpretation. This Director really freshened up this show. I was so pleased to see a dark haired Audrey. She reminded me of Audrey Hepburn with her sweet pleasing voice and beautiful face..she seemed very sincere. I loved the directors choice to have her dawn a blonde wig and characterize Marilyn Monroe. The Dentist Character is very funny and Seymour is played much stonger and not so nerdy. Don't miss this strong voiced and honest acting group. You would have to travel to New York to see as good.
