The Blowin of Baile Gall

Times rating:
Readers' rating: Reader reviews: Write a review | Read more reviews The second entry in Irish playwright Ronan Noone's trilogy about modern-day Connemara has obvious pertinence in its sardonic study of xenophobia and territorialism. Director Matthew Cullinan's fine cast carries the conflict-laden, slightly overextended script. Melodramatic, yes, but it's still a worthy, thought-provoking nail-biter.

K. Brusky Santa Monica , CAWonderful acting, superb set and a story that is relevant everywhere. A tense but refreshing experience compared to the summer blockbuster craze. A Must See! Write a review | Read more reviews |
